Now, VoLTE technology is supported by a great number of Samsung Galaxy devices, meaning these owners can activate it on their mobile phones and experience a higher-quality call service.
VoLTE technology offers faster connection of mobile calls as VoLTE calls are often connected up to twice as fast as traditional voice calls. In addition, subscribers can enjoy vastly improved sound quality on calls using Full High Definition technology (EVS – Enhanced Voice Services), as compared to the standard high definition offered now. Another important VoLTE benefit is the simultaneous use of voice and data during a call. VoLTE technology allows data traffic through Epic’s network, enabling a multi-tasking mobile experience.
By offering VoLTE to its subscribers, Epic proves once again that the continuous improvement of the customer’s overall experience is a long-term priority for the company.
