The Cyprus Federation of Business and Professional Women, BPW Cyprus, will hold its fourth annual Mediterranean Symposium to mark Women’s Entrepreneurship Day at Royal Hall in Nicosia on Friday and Saturday.
“As we face a new reality it is now more important than ever to ensure women don’t fall behind,” BPW Cyprus said.
In this context, the symposium will bring together BPW representatives from Mediterranean countries, international and regional BPW federations and other personalities.
With the theme ‘Women: Drivers of a Resilient Tomorrow’, this year’s event will focus on women’s important role in changing the future, the federation said. It will address common challenges, strengthening the means of support for women’s entrepreneurship and developing women’s leadership capacity to the maximum of their potential.
At the same time, it will place emphasis on the new generation’s role in changing the status quo.
