With the award-winning EKO Smile app as its focus, the third EKO Smile Challenge, presented by veteran TV host Antri Karantoni, took place within the framework of the New EKO Smile App Competition.
On December 20, 2024 Andreas Michael won a Mercedes-Benz GLA 180, Advanced Package, worth 49,100 Euros, after passing through three challenges (memory, knowledge and skills). The challenges drew an audience of media representatives, an independent legal adviser, executives and EKO Cyprus personnel, as well as friends and relatives of the contestants.
The third EKO Smile Challenge took place in a specially-designed, fully-equipped space at the Mercedes Showroom in Nicosia. EKO Cyprus CEO George Gregoras presented the winner with the third of four Mercedes-Benz GLA 180 Advanced Package cars. Presenter Karantoni, meanwhile, coordinated the process of the “FIND THE SYMBOLS”, “EKO KNOWLEDGE” and “EKO PUZZLE” tests, announcing the name of the winner at the end of the evening.
Selection of the third EKO Smile Challenge’s contestants took place on December 9, 2024, via the random.org online platform, ensuring complete transparency without any human intervention. The draw was conducted by Nicosia Mayor Charalambos Prountzos, in the presence of an independent legal adviser and EKO Cyprus executives, to guarantee the integrity of the process.
Following the conclusion of the third EKO Smile Challenge, CEO Gregoras addressed attendees. “The EKO Smile Challenge is not just the moment when we hand over the keys of a Mercedes-Benz GLA 180 to the winner, it is a rewarding celebration that expresses our philosophy and emphasises our values,” he said. “Through such initiatives, we don’t just offer gifts, but create moments that strengthen our relationship with you, the people who support us every day. The EKO Smile Competition is set to continue, with another Mercedes-Benz GLA 180, Advanced Package, awaiting a winner. Only those who have installed the EKO Smile app on their smartphones are eligible to participate.
