The Italian brand of handbags, luggage and accessories landed in the Spanish capital with two beautiful flagship stores in Gran Via and Fuencarral.
The Spanish actress Penélope Cruz is CARPISA’s testimonial and designer, together with her sister Monica Cruz of a special capsule collection for the brand, was the guest of honour of the Italian Brand Presentation in Madrid.
Penélope Cruz was the protagonist of the evening together with CARPISA’s CEO Gianluigi Cimmino, accompanied by several other important names of the Spanish show world: Loles León, Elena Furiase, Antonia San Juan, Oscar Jaenada, Irene Escolar, Patricia Conde, Rosa López, Patricia Montero, Jan Cornet and Marina Salas.
A trip in the Italian essence
The place chosen to celebrate the arrival of CARPISA in Madrid was the Italian Embassy, a choice intended to highlight the origins of the Brand and to prepare the guests for a journey in the Italian essence with dedicated showcases of CARPISA’s suitcases, handbags and accessories perfectly integrated into the sophisticated ambiance of the embassy and a delightful trip to the Italian flavors through the preparation of typical Italian food and delights.
A welcoming invitation to the guests was placed at the entrance of the embassy, a creative Italian flag was made with twenty-seven CARPISA suitcases in green, white and red color.
CARPISA in Madrid
The CARPISA brand comes to Madrid with two new stores and thus strengthens its presence in Spain. Two new flagship stores, one in the most commercial street of the capital, Gran Via 42, and the other one in the Fuencarral district at number 140.
With more than 650 stores around the world, CARPISA is the leading Italian chain of stores selling handbags, suitcases and accessories. Spain currently counts 24 points of sales.
These two new openings in such an important and crucial European city, strengthen even more the strategy of internationalization of the brand.
