McDonald’s Cyprus earns ‘Best Workplaces for Women’ certification

While success at McDonald’s Cyprus is not about gender, but about passion and dedication, nevertheless, earning the ‘Great Place To Work® – Best Workplaces™ for Women (2025)’ certification recognises its ongoing commitment to creating a work environment that promotes women’s wellbeing and ensuring equal opportunities for professional development.

Furthermore, by winning second place in the category of large organisations with 200+ employees, McDonald’s Cyprus demonstrates its best practices in the workplace, with the certification awarded to 11 companies in Cyprus this year.

McDonald’s Cyprus’ priority is to promote a culture of inclusion and respect, which it reinforces through educational programmes and seminars. These initiatives raise awareness of the importance of diversity and equality among members of its extended family. At the same time, strict zero-tolerance policies towards discrimination and harassment create an environment of open communication where any concern can be expressed anonymously.
