On April 5, 2025, at the Psevda Community Council, we heard several truly captivating stories filled with human insight, resilience and adventure, as part of the Pop Up Talks: “Stories that Inspire” event, with the theme “Challenge Accepted”.
In a packed hall, 120 attendees filled out the audience in person, while the event was also streamed via the Cyta and Pop Up Talks social media channels.
The event’s four speakers — Menelaos Menelaou, Youla Pitsiali, Memnia Theodorou and Pambos Papacharalambous — compellingly shared their personal trials and triumphs, full of passion and energy, offering the audience a genuinely inspiring experience.
“One of Cyta’s greatest challenges is to extend its fibre network to every corner of Cyprus, so that we may all have equal opportunities in education, information and progress,” noted Cyta CEO Andreas Neocleous in his event address.
On site was also Cyta’s mobile shop, where attendees had the opportunity to learn about the latest technological innovations. Additionally, the Charalambides Christis van offered guests unique tasting experiences, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
In closing, participants praised the excellent organisation and the vibrancy of the talks. The Pop Up Talks: “Stories that Inspire” series has proven to be a source of motivation and encouragement, and its continuation is eagerly anticipated.
