New Executive Chef enhances the dining experience at Minthis Clubhouse

Minthis, a new lifestyle destination set in the rolling hills of the wine producing region of Pafos, is delighted to announce the appointment of Tolis Kravaris as the Executive Chef of its well- established Restaurant.

The award-winning chef has enjoyed a longstanding career in prestigious restaurants in Athens, Italy, Florida and New York and brings a dynamic, innovative energy to the dining experience, elevating the culinary offerings to even greater heights. Boasting a striking design which fuses modern with traditional, the Restaurant forms the social heart of Minthis, and enjoys fantastic views of the golf course and Troodos mountain range.

Chef Tolis’ passion for healthy eating is inspired by modern Mediterranean cuisine, his Greek roots are perfectly reflected in the new a la carte menu which is served every day, and the Island Mezedes served on Sunday’s, which includes a wide variety of delicious options inspired by traditional recipies that have been used throughout the Greece for many years. His flavoursome dishes use only the finest quality ingredients, drawing on fresh, seasonal and quality produce, enhancing the Minthis reputation as a must-visit destination for all food aficionados.

Following his recent move to Cyprus, Chef Tolis said: “I am excited to be part of the Minthis team as the resort enters a new era, with top quality dishes reflecting its location and reputation as an impressive global lifestyle destination.
