During a Press Conference that was held on Monday, April 8th in Limassol, Pilakoutas Group announced the official launch of its collaboration with Groupe Renault, as the new exclusive importer of Renault and Dacia cars in Cyprus.
Several people from the island’s major media outlets and the Executive directors of Pilakoutas Group attended the Press Conference, in the presence of the CEO of Groupe Renault North Territory, Mr. Vincent Tourette, who also attended the event.
During his speech, Mr. Pilakoutas thanked Mr. Tourette for Groupe Renault’s trust towards Pilakoutas Group, while he highlighted the fact that this cooperation is the beginning of a new and dynamic era for Renault and Dacia cars in Cyprus, an era introduced by “Pilakoutas”. Mr. Pilakoutas added that the selection of Pilakoutas Group by Renault and Dacia was made after “an extremely careful evaluation of the local car market” and this is a big responsibility for Pilakoutas Group itself.
The Managing Director of the Group, Mr. Charalambos Pilakoutas added that “Pilakoutas Group will always support the friends of Renault and Dacia and stand by their side, just like it has done for the other brands that it has been representing for several decades” and invited them to visit the Group’s showrooms, in order to admire the dynamic and innovative design of the new Renault and Dacia models.
Ο κ. Tourette stressed out: “One year ago, when we visited Cyprus to choose our new local representative, we were impressed by the professionalism and the dedication of all Pilakoutas family members. These characteristics made our decision to collaborate with Pilakoutas Group extremely easy. Today, we are even more impressed by the premises, the showrooms and the staff’s professionalism.
Moreover, Mr. Tourette underlined his belief that Groupe Renault with have a very successful course in Cyprus, just like in the rest of Europe, thanks to the new collaboration with Pilakoutas Group.
