The Grammar School Nicosia Boys Handball team won 1st place in the Pancyprian Student Handball Championship.
During the final game against Kykkos B’ Lyceum, the Grammar School team won with a score of 34-22. The team’s coach was Mr. Alexis Kyriakides. Mrs Eleftheria Hadjistefanou, Inspector of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture presented the athletes with the awards.
The Grammar School winning team will represent Cyprus in the Greek National Handball Student Championship, which will take place in Thessaloniki on February 23rd-26th.
