Louis Hotels was present at the big meeting of the global tourism industry, once more participating in the international “World Travel Market – WTM” fair, which was held from 6 to 8 November, 2017, in London.
During the fair, Louis Hotel participated with its own stand between those of Cyprus and Greece, underscoring its presence in both countries and strengthening the promotion of the two countries’ high level of hospitality. The company presented its latest news and international trends, while promoting the upgrades of its hotel units, focusing on the new Louis Paphos Breeze, scheduled to open its gates in May 2018 in Paphos.
Louis Hotels even transported virtually the visitors of the fair to its hotels, through the pioneering Exp 360 virtual reality device. Everyone was thus able to enjoy a tour of the Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel, Althea Kalamies, Royal Apollonia, St Elias Resort, The King Jason, Louis Paphos Breeze and Hilton Park Hotel Nicosia.
For yet another year, Louis Hotels was acknowledged for its high level of service quality by the largest travel agents in the world. Specifically, its hotels The King Jason in Protaras and The King Jason in Paphos won the Gold Award in the “First Choice Premier” category, while the Family Life Kerkyra Golf in Corfu was awarded the “Best TUI Family Life Resorts Accommodation” and the St Elias Resort in Protaras won an award in the “First Choice Favorites” by the TUI organization. In addition, nine of Louis Hotels’ hotels won the highest possible certification and were awarded the Gold Travelife Award in tourist viability.
Louis Hotels’ 24 hotels offer more than 300.000 guests every year in Cyprus and Greece unique hospitality services. At the same time, they focus on growth and innovation with a refreshed look, continuously contributing to maintaining and developing south-eastern Mediterranean’s profile as a tourist destination.
Mr Iason Perdios, Managing Director of Louis Hotels, said: “We are particularly happy that the big effort we are making in offering high service quality, local hospitality and attention to detail to our customers, is being acknowledged. None of what we have achieved would have been possible if we didn’t have by our side the people behind this work, offering a unique experience to the guests of our hotels.”
The World Travel Market fair, which Louis Hotels participated in this year, offers opportunities for discussion of issues, trends and innovations in the tourist sector, as well as professional co-operation, featuring more than 5.000 participants from 180 countries.
